Please help me , i need to build a pc with the lowest budget possible , i just need to play gta v , i need to play it on my 900p res monitor , i need you guys help to make the list of the part i need to buy with the lowest budget for me , like i say , cpu only , for playing gta v only (on 900p) norma setting , 30 fps is okay , since i will lock it to 30 fps , please send me the lowest budget thankyouuuu
