I'm talking like case, power supply, mother board, hard drive, RAM, and CPU. I'm basically looking at building a PC around this graphics card. End goal is to have a usable, super cheap desktop. Bare minimum here.

Depend on your budget really. Have any $$$ figure in mind?

Pretty much any 100$+ cpu will use that card to it's maximum potential. But I wouldn't make that old GPU the star of any current PC. It's Past it's prime, and even a 150$ rx570 will outshine it majorly.

---------------

Current cheap setup would be this.

But I would advise to wait and see if AMD announces their new line of CPU next week. For a similar price you'd much more performance (if they release)
