any thoughts ?

That NZXT case has horrible airflow as in it's a hotbox and that board has horrible VRM's hence the reason it's a $130 board. Games take advantage of low latency RAM as in the lower the latency the better.

The Evo Plus is a fine SSD… but I’d recommend more than 1 TB if you are planning on a library with multiple AAA titles.

2TB at a minimum… I went with 6. 😂. It’s a lot cheaper now too.

$568.51 for case, cpu cooler and psu is a bit whacked imo for someone attempting to keep their budget low.

At the end of the day cheap low quality stuff will always lead to multiple issues like thermal and power. Also, good quality stuff will last longer and has lower probability of failure.
Like a good quality PSU can last through two successive builds. Same with case.

There's nothing low quality with that Super Flower psu the OP chose, the Fractal Design case I linked nor the DeepCool cpu cooler I posted.

That CPU will run hot when on peak and a better cooler will transform to better performance.
With a 4090 its better to keep a bit of headroom. Given the NVidia record with spikes better to be safe than sorry.
And we all know how good the 5000D is.

Also, these are just suggestions, so that the OP can research himself and make an informed decision.
