Lowest Price z370 Motherboard

I am looking for the lowest price z370 motherboard for a i3 8100 CPU. I heard thats the only motherboard that will fit the CPU is that true? What day will the other 300 series motherboards be released?

B360 and H370 should be releasing soon. Even the cheapest Z370 isn't that great of a deal for a Core i3, i'd wait or buy Ryzen.
