hello there could you please explain your budget a little better, do you mean 40,000$ us dollars or something else? and as far as good brands go i myself just purchased an MSI gaming laptop it has a steel series keyboard and its backlit and is easily upgradeable this is also i can help with till i know your actual budget hope this helps
