LRAND Failed (Win Mem Check)

Ran Windows Diagnostic on startup, LRAND consistently fails. Does this mean my RAM is bad? I have four stick of 2GB ram each, how do I know which one to replace?

What does reseat the RAM mean? Pull it out and put it back in? Pull it out and scramble before putting back in?
