Not familiar with the software that you mention but found this:

Apparently this is the surviving portion of Locomotive Software. They have
a "conversion order form" on their site for converting LS files to Word and
many other formats.

Also, MS Word has an option:
File> Open : File of Type> Recover any readable text
The results may need to be formatted again but have found this to be a
useful tool for recovering text from many orphaned file types.
