Hey,

just was wondering if Heirophant [Political Card - Worth 1 vote. Called
by any Follower of Set as a +1 stealth action. Choose a Follower of
Set. If this referendum passes, put this card on the chosen vampire..
The vampire with this card has 1 additional vote. Any vampire who
successfully blocks the vampire with this card burns 1 blood (before
combat begins, if any).] gives the vampire it's on, a "title" (same for
aura of invincibility)?

No. "Additional" votes are in addition to votes from any title that a
vampire may or may not have.

Are they stackable? Will you gain +1 vote every time you successfully
play Hierophant on the same minion?

yes, cards are stackable unless they state otherwise.
this would also apply to the blood burned by a blocking vampire (one
for each copy).

Nope. gaining one vote, or additional votes, are not titles.

The confusion may arise wherin independant vampires who start with 1
or 2 votes are considered titled. but just remember, that only applies
to the 1 or 2 votes _printed on the crypt card_, and only for
independants.

anything else needs to mention it is a title for it to be a title.
