Suppose that Stanislava bleeds with Day Operation. Can Sonja Blue
attempt to block this action as an ally using her special, even though
Stanislava cannot be blocked by allies?

yes. she may block as an ally. but only if you want her to...

Sonja Blue can never block Stanislava "as an ally" since well... Stani
can't be blocked by allies

what i was about to say is: she may block her, but not as an ally,
since she can choose to block as one or as a normal ventrue vampire...

the original scenario had a day operation, which is a 'may not be
blocked my vampires' card...
