Question LTE INTERNET SHARING Restriction

Hello, I have an SIM CARD with 4G enabled and unlimited bandwith with speed about 40-60mb download and 10-15mb upload. The packet i use ISP has restriction about if i share it with another devices, they say if they found you are using AP or WIFI Hotspot we will block you totally and you won't get this internet packet ever. My question is how can i hide my internet usage or bandwith from isp that so they won't know if i'm sharing or i"m using it with LTE modem. Mostly i want to use it for torrenting and Youtube stream. Is there any way to do it?
