Question (Lubuntu) No display managers selected, install failed

This is on Lubuntu 19.04 x64 but I've also tried x32 Lubuntu 18 as well. I've tried different USB drives and even trying to boot off of a DVD but I get the same message every time.

This is an older Dell Inspiron M5030 with an Athlon II P360 and 3GB of DDR3.

Could anybody help me out? I'm not finding anything online with people with the same problem.

When you get it? Have you tried custom install options? Older distros? 16.04 is still supported by Ubuntu and derivatives.

Its most likely due to the AMD GPU 4250m card. I would try Xubuntu 18.04 and follow this guide.
