News Lucky buyer snags a RTX 4070 Super for $350 in Walmart clearance sale

Those sales are SO random as it depends on the store and dept mgr. In 2020, I snagged an 15" HP Envy X360 laptop floor model that sold for $999 and got it for $199. They do happen but are extremely rare.

You know the times are tough when you have articles about a random dude who saved 200 dollars on a mid-tier GPU...
At least they knew the actual price, versus just what their monthly payments would be.

(Have seen $40 cell phone accessories priced in "Only $x per month!" so folks must actually do it.)

i've not even seen any gpu of any kind in a walmart in a very long time. not sure how they even clearance something they don't actually carry in store??

think hdd/ssd are the only internal parts you can get anymore in store. so i'm more curious what store(s) actually carry pc parts these days than i am wondering about the lucky mark-down found.

i've gotten similar great prices at random but not on pc parts. if you check often you can get lucky in a very rare instance. for instance i found ti-84 calculators years ago when they still mattered for like $30 each. those were easy to flip for under msrp and still make a nice little profit. think i sold em for like $75 each at the local community college. :)
