Uh... 360 Fly has been doing this for a while now.

Simply because both the Luna and the 360 Fly are orb-shaped 360-degrees doesn't make one a ripoff of the other. We'll be seeing many more of these 360-degree cameras this year, and a circular shape seems almost necessary for them to capture properly.

Besides, the Luna has two 180-degree cameras whereas the 360 Fly has a single 240-degree camera. That's a major difference.
