I got to the point at which I usually tend to die :)
This time I got lucky and summoned a balor, which
helped me clear out the piramid (left him there).
I'm not sure what to do next now as I've never really
done anything past the pyramid.
Here are my stats:
St:22 Le:15 Wi:8 Dx:19 To:20 Ch:11 Ap:4 Ma:10 Pe:11 L
DV/PV: 41/18 H: 153(153) Sp: 114

I managed to receive Executor as my precrowning gift,
a nice weapon I must say :).

I've done the dwarf quests, killed Keethrax and done other
early stuff.

From what I can remember I've got fire resistance, cold immunity
from the AMW

Oh, and I've got seven league boots...

So what do the experienced players do at this point?
Go past Khelavaster? I thought I could try to find
the AoLS, and save him, and get the nice equipment.
In my last game I found one in my inventory when the
dwarf identified my stuff :)

Are there any relatively easy locations that I could do now?

Slow down: Sp: 114
Make up your mind: Wi:8 (do you have herbalism?)
Train up your dodge: DV/PV: 41/18

British... I mean northern-western cave. Then ritf. Train
climbing and stealth. Dig up graves first. Don't bother god
(hmmm, I sound like in commercial).

Dwarven artificier's maybe. Or water cave. Explore, you can
afford it, if you have 7LB.
