Hey all.

Thank you so much for the answers the forum has given me so far, you really have guided me to building a good pc.

I have a MSI Z170A Gaming M7 board and I bought two 256GB Samsung SM951, M.2 (22x80) PCle 3.0 (x4) NVMe SSd MLC NAND.

My questions are.

1) Can I use both of these SSd cards on the Z170A board while running a GTX 970 MSI Bridge?

2) Can the Z170A board run a PCle 3.0 (x4) NVMe SSd memory, I am a bit confused reading the manual on pg 19/20 says it will run, but page 18 say only x2 with a M.2 PCle Device!

Kind regards,

David.

Hi MichaelKanRS,

Thank you very much for your answer to number 1! Cheers.

I went to MSI.com and asked them the question, and I got both your answer and theirs this morning.
