Some might recognize me from my previous threads, I've managed to get the new PC up and running now.
There are two M.2 drives mounted to this new pc.
One Samsung 990 pro 1TB and one of the same with 4TB.

Previously the 4TB drive showed up normally. Now i connected 3 sata drives to the system to transfer data to the new PC.

After booting, the 4TB drive was gone. I shutdown the PC, unplugged all 3 SATA drives, rebooted but the 4TB M.2 drive still doesn't show up anymore.
I checked the manual page 13 "connectors with shared bandwidth" but there is no mention of SATA drives disabling an M.2 slot.

So what now?

Motherboard has 5x M.2 slots.
Specify, which M.2 slots are being used.

Note - M.2_2 and M.2_3 slots switch PCIEx16 (G5) slot into x8 operation mode. Probably shouldn't use those slots.
M.2_4 slot gets disabled, if second PCIEx16(G4) slot is being used.

If you installed 4TB M.2 drive into M.2_4 slot and installed some PCIE card into 2nd PCIEx16 slot(G4),
this would explain why M.2 drive has disappeared from system.

The M.2 slots whom aren't sharing bandwith are the ones populated.
M.2_1 and M.2_5
I have the GPU mounted into PCIEX16(G5), and forgot to mention in the parts list, a sound card is mounted to PCIEX16(G4).
Still i don't understand why the 4TB drive doesn't show up anymore.

Edit:
The 4TB M.2 drive shows up in bios, and with libre hardware monitor i can read out the temps.
It is being detected, so how come i can't access it?

Can you show screenshots from ?
Disk Management,
Device Manager - disk drives and storage controllers sections expanded and
Windows Storage Spaces (Control Panel\Storage Spaces)
(upload to imgur.com and post link)
Oh man! You did it... i ran diskmgmt.msc and a promp came up saying i need to initialize a drive.
It's the 4TB drive. I can now create a new volume but there are various options.
simple, spanned, stripped, mirrored, i'm asuming to go with simple?
And what i don't get, the drive showed up in file explorer before, how come it was gone out of nowhere if it was shown before?
Anyways, i owe you a thank you!
