[SOLVED] M.2 Future gaming.

Good afternoon,

I understand from good advice on here that the intel 665p 1tb m.2 wont have any effect on gaming at all compared to the much more expensive 980 pro 1tb right now in competitive esports gaming.

But what about in the future next gen games utilising gen4 and faster storage tech with bigger hugely more populated worlds. Will the 980 Pro matter then and would it be a wiser investment?

I only have one shot at buying a m.2 so I have to make it count, any solid professional advice is always much appreciated.

Even a 980 won't make that much difference, even over a SATA III SSD.

Buy the best drive that fits your budget and size requirement.
Let the future take care of itself.
