I just installed a new M.2 storage card on my computer. It appears in my device manager and in my bios, however, it doesnt show up in "my pc" as one of my storage devices. I have tried to go to the bios and set it to UEFI only. I have added it to my launch priorities. I don't know what else to do.
Specs: ryzen 5 1600x, asroc taichi x370 (p3.20), intel 600p m.2 1TB, samsung evo 850 500gb SSD, gskill RAM, gtx 1070.

Does it appear in Disk Management?
It may just need to be Initialized and formatted.

Can you show screenshot from Storage Spaces?
You'd have to remove M.2 drive from Storage Spaces pool.
If you don't use Storage Spaces, then you can also delete the pool.

Immediate feedback. You were right! Taking it out of storage spaces immediately caused it to show up in disk manager, then it only needed to be formatted. Thanks!! And thanks rgd1101 for mentioning storage spaces and getting us on the right track!!!
