Solution
Download Windows USB Installation Tool for AMD B450 chipset boards;
Extract archive;
Find NVME driver (either Intel or Samsung driver - x64 version);
copy the driver onto windows installation media (separate folder);
load the driver during windows installation process.
To install to an NVME drive you will need to use a UEFI version of the Windows installer.
If you didn't make yours using the Microsoft Media Creation tool then give it a try.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Your motherboard will need to be in UEFI mode as well.

Then what is the correct way to get it on UEFI , because i booted my instal with flash using uefi , all is working there , but the m.2 doesnt show up. In bios i had the only UEFI modes set, turned off even secure boot, etc, am i missing something?

Can you show any screenshots?

BTW - nvme M.2 drive is supported in only one of M.2 slots on your board
(closest to cpu - Ultra M.2).
The second M.2 slot supports sata M.2 drives only.

Also - if you put M.2 drive into second M.2 slot, sata port SATA3_3 gets disabled. Any HDD connected to it will not work either.
