So I got a new M.2 ssd and when I plug it into my PC 2 other drives on my PC are not detected. Once I unplug the m.2 the other drives are shown in the BIOS does anyone know what's wrong? I got a new motherboard and it's exhibiting the same behavior.

Ok Here's the breakdown.

CPU:
Ryzen 7 3700x

RAM:
32 gigs of Corsair DD4 Vengeance RGB

GPU:
MSI 3070TI

Mobo
MSI B450 Gaming Plus Max

Storage:
M.2 : Samsung pro 980

2 Sata SSDS

2 Spinning Platter HDD's

PSU:
Be quiet 80+ plat 750 watt

When I plug in the m.2 one of the hdd and the ssd's won't show up in bios. Once I remove the m.2 they show back up immediately. Weirdly enough the m.2 shows up too but the other 2 don't. I have a old ASUS B350 Mobo I just replaced thinking that was the problem. But it's thowing the same behavior.

I can't believe that worked. I should read the Manuel more. Thank you so much for your help. I'm new to this forum. Is there anything I can do to help you.?
