Hi!

My issue started yesterday with a few blue screens giving the error code "WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR", and then shortly after completely stopped booting into windows. After I reinstalled windows on a new drive my M.2 no longer shows up as a usable drive. I tried checking disk manager and it pops up asking me to initialize the disk, upon clicking ok it gives the error "The parameter is incorrect."

This is what disk manager looks like.

I've also ran CrystalDiskInfo and this is what it shows View: https://i.imgur.com/T1u5zTs.png

EDIT: I should also add I've tried the M.2 in the other slot on my mobo but nothing changes.

I'm guessing the drive is dead and I can RMA it but I wanted clarification and possibly a way to retrieve data from the drive.

Thanks.

My personal last resort diagnostic is to boot the computer from a usb containing a linux distro since going outside the windows box sometimes helps.

Thanks for the reply, I loaded up ubuntu and it also failed to detect the M.2, I guess that's enough to call it dead so I'll continue with the RMA process. Thanks a lot!
