[SOLVED] M.2 not appearing in disk management

I recently bought an Acer Helios 300 with a 512gb m.2. It had a second m.2 spot so I installed a 1tb xpg sx8200pro. When I check disk management, I cannot see the new drive. The new drive will be used for storage and not windows. How do I fix this so I can use it. Thanks

Hi, can you see the drive in the BIOS?
If not, perhaps swap out your main ssd for the new one, just to see of the drive appears.

How many other devices do you have? Ie. GPU, expansion cards?
What motherboard is in the system?
Did you buy the system brand new?

I tried swapping both m.2 drives and it worked. I guess they had the boot drive in the slot 1 instead of slot 0. Thanks
