Any help is appreciated, I updated the bios drivers and the drivers for the drive itself as well as he storage controllers. also swapped m.2 ports and ran the device health checkup in bios and it and both ports passed.

What is model name of second WD Blue 1TB M.2 drive?
If it is sata M.2 drive, it is not going to work in slot M2_2.

Why didn't you mention Sandisk Ultra 3d 1TB drive?
It's clearly being shown in Device Manager.

Check windows storage spaces.
Control Panel/Storage spaces.
If drive appears there then remove it from pool ad delete the pool.

Can you show screenshots, where drive is being detected?
