I recently installed the drivers for my MoBo (MSI x470 Gaming Plus) and once I got done with the installs, my M.2 Samsung 960 EVO 250GB drive doesn't show up in either Explorer or disk management. When I downloaded the RAID update, it did say something that my M.2 was not RAID compliant and that I needed to change it in BIOS. The drive does, however, show up in BIOS. How do I make the M.2 raid compliant? How do I get my drive to be recognized when it doesn't show up in disk management?
I have a setting in BIOS that toggles between ACHI and RAID, but I believe that is for all the drives. Anyway when I toggle to RAID the PC will not boot and I have to go back into BIOS, switch back to AHCI and everything boots up normally. However, my M.2, although being in visible in BIOS, is not visible in explorer or disk management. Any thoughts on what to do next?
