Motherboard ASUS H170-Plus D3. Strange behaviour. I've purchased and installed the m.2 NVMe Samsung 960 Evo.
I was then concerned that the BIOS still stated that the m.2 slot was empty. However, I went ahread and booted from my original sata drive and found that the Samsung cloning software did recognise the m.2, so I went ahead and performed the clone.
I then removed my sata drive, rebooted, and the new m.2 drive now boots into Windows, all good.
Yet the BIOS still states the m.2 slot is empty....is this something I should worry about?
