I've recently been trying to install Windows 10 onto my M.2 drive, and my bios refuses to detect the disk. I can use it as storage, it functions perfectly fine, but it just does not show up in my bios. I am completely stumped on this one, if anyone can provide help that would be amazing.

Motherboard - GA-Z97MX Gaming-5 (Here)
M.2 in question - Gigabyte 128gb NVMe SSD 2880 (Here)

Solution
BIOS version? Booting from that may require the most recent BIOS.

But...that board came out on the cusp of NVMe drives.
It may not be able to boot from it. Not all of those can.

Storage, yes. Boot, maybe not.

Have you installed Gigabyte's SSD Toolbox software to check the drive?
It's displaying on the toolbox as perfectly healthy and operational.

I'm running F4, I really hope it's not just a board issue. That'd require a new cpu and ram, seeing as I've pushed this build with last gen products as far as I can (ddr3 etc.)
I don't suppose you happen to know which version would be best, and if there's anything in particular I need to be wary of when updating?
