I have a B550 Aourus Pro AC motherboard and i wanna install an m.2 nvme Pcie gen 3 on it and combine it with a regular sata ssd and 2x sata HDDs
is this combination possible and shall i change something in bios after installing the m.2 drive ?

Yes, that combination is quite common.

The specs from gigabyte don't state any conflicts between use of an NVMe drive and any of the SATA ports.
