i have a laptop that i bought 2 years ago and its got the spot on the motherboard were i can solder a m.2 nvme slot i just need to know the part number or were i can buy one

Just because that bare spot exists does NOT mean the laptop motherboard and its BIOS can use it.
Very often, a single base level motherboard is produced for several different models. With different features, and added or deleted parts.
They are not necessarily interchangeable.

And there is no generic "NVMe slot"

Try im looking for the m.2 nvme port that goes on to the motherboard... i have a mother board that has the space for it i just need the port so i can solder it on to the board

Yes, I understand what you're looking for.

Again...the existence of that bare spot does not equate to simply soldering on a port and having it be functional.

If you really want to go down this rabbit hole despite that 1. there may not be a physical connection from the empty spot to wherever it needs to go and 2. the motherboard's BIOS doesn't know it exists so even if there is a connection, the motherboard won't bother looking for it: https://www.mouser.com/Search/Refine?Ntk=P_MarCom&Ntt=105727119
