[SOLVED] M.2 nvme ssd not showing in windows properly

Installed a Samsung 970 evo nvme ssd. I can see that it is recognized in the bios menu, but after installing went to Disk Management and is not listed in disk management.

If i go to device manager under the Disk drives tab i do see the drive being recognized by windows os , but i can not format the drive to make it usable
