Question m.2 PCIe 4.0 NVMe ssd running at PCIe 3

My pc is a;
WD_BLACK SN850X
z590-f
i7-10700kf
3070
32gb ram
750watt psu

I have put the drive listed above in the pcie 4.0 slot however when on the WD_black dashboard its says its connection is Gen3 4 lanes, but is capable of gen 4, i also have 2 other m.2 drives in the rig but they are bot gen 3, is that capping my main drive?
