M.2 Raid 0 drive disconnect and reconnect, power off.

I have a dangerous m.2 500g raid 0 array, I want to disconnect the drives with power offline and install heat sinks for the drives on the top and bottom of the motherboard. If I disconnect the drives with power off, will the raid 0 be intact when I plug everything back in and apply power to the system?

Yes, be sure you return them to the same slot they came from.
I would suggest taking an image of the raid0 before you begin. Safe is better then sorry and in worst case, you now have a backup of it.
