Looking for a quick recommendation. I have an older Alienware 15 R1 that only takes the SATA M.2 drives, not the newer NVMe ones. It was released a year before the NVMe support came out. I purchased a newer 1TB Intel 660p, partially due to recommendations from others, but it was sadly NVMe. I need a boot drive for the Alienware, since it originally had one - I bought it from a refurbisher, but I didn't check to see if the original drive was there. I've discovered that they moved Windows 10 onto the HDD with a partition, which REALLY slows down the PC under a stress load and whenever it is being booted up.

In short, I'm looking for a solid choice for a 1TB M.2 SATA keyed SSD. It's only really being used as my mobile office computer right now - so lots of off and on and off and on while I move around on sales calls.

Anyone have a thought? Preferring low-cost to super awesome, but if everything is about $10 apart, then I'll go for a Samsung or Western Digital.
