M.2 sata ssd not recognize by motherboard and long boottime after installing.

I got MSI x470 gaming carbon pro and i checked manual for sata slot which is m.2_2 and is pefect for my crucial mx500 ssd 250 gb.
When i checked device manager it says unkown device. My driver and bios are upto date. Diskmangment ask me to initialize for gtp or mbr but non of them worked (error massage:Gtp says disk size is small, mbr cant work )

I have windows 10 installed on my hdd.

I am thinking my ssd is faulty.

Did you contact Crucial support to find out if your disk is bad or not? They will give you troubleshooting steps before determining.
