[SOLVED] M.2 SSD failing signs? Long Load Times. Weird Things Like USB Ports Not Working ?

I'm guessing the following are signs of my M.2 drive failing but wanted to get opinions of folks here.

Some strange things have been happening recently. First I was unable to get online and was getting DNS errors. All of a sudden that problem vanished and now my USB ports are not functional other than putting out power. The big giveaway is that my boot time is substantially longer than it has been in the past. So does this sound like a drive going bad and if so is my best bet to make an image and slap on a new drive?

By the way I did run Windows Disk Check and it did not find any errors. The SSD is a Sandisk SD8SN8U-1T00-1122 X400 1TB M.2 2280 .

All the Core temps seem to be fine (in the 30s)

Here's how I fixed it:

1. Went into Device Manager and uninstalled all USB devices one by one (they all had exclamation marks)
2. Scanned for new hardware and they were recognized and new drivers were downloaded
