Hi guys, i'm planning to buy a Samsung 850 EVO M.2 250GB or a Crucial MX 300 M.2 275GB but i was investigating and my AsRock Z97x Killer has the M Key. I'm confused now because the Samsung and the Crucial SSD's have the B+M Key and i don't know if will work with my motherboard

Please help me

Yes, both will be compatible with your motherboard.

B+M m.2 SSDs will physically be compatible with both 'B' and 'M' socket due to the design. As long as the motherboard
supports the same interface the SSD uses, it will work. Both M and B sockets support SATA, which is what both the MX300 and 850 EVO uses.
