Question m.2 ssd not showing up in disk management

I got a WD black sn750 1tb. I'm very sure I put it in correctly, and it shows up in the bios. But if I check storage on widows or go to disk manager the ssd is not there. I'm trying to partition the ssd, but I can't because of this. I've tried to fix this for hours now. If anyone knows of any alternatives or fixes, please help.

Installation, you mean of my pc? If so, id have to takr my gpu out. But i looked up like 10 different videos for it so i think its installed fine. Also, what part of my bios?
