M.2 SSD on asus motherboard have issue

I want to buy ASUS motherboard.
because I seem everyone suggest asus motherboard QC is better then others.
I want to buy ASUS HERO ALPHA & M.2 SSD.
but I search ASUS & M.2 I found these issue.
so I'm worry about these issue happen.
can any one give me some suggestion?

I think the newest bios 3703 supports most of the Samsung M.2 drives. I tried a WD black 256 NVME M.2 drive in an Maximus Ranger VIII and it didn't work. It was recognised in the bios but could not be accessed or used to transfer any data. These drives are relatively new and I don't think the Bios is fully compatible in this particular case even though it was just released. In fact I obtained a HCL for the drive and it lists the Maximus VII and the Maximus IX but not the VIII as being compatible.

Getting these HCL (hardware compatibility lists) is a chore in itself, and I couldn't find any for the Samsung drives at all. The WD aren't on the main pages for the drives either and you have to go a convoluted route to get them.

This really highlights the fact that even for the Z170 boards (and others) issues of compatibility abound when using these M.2 drives with a wide array of motherboards. They "should" work, but as is often the case with newer standards, much of the standardisation which should enable easy exchange of components leaves a lot to be desired.
