Hi,

ASUS Maximus X Hero is my mobo,

I've recently installed windows 10 on my new M.2 SSD Samsung 970 Pro 512GB , installed it in UEFI mode in bios.
I have two M.2 SSD's the other is Samsung 960 Evo 250GB , yet for some reason, I only see the Samsung Evo one in the boot options in bios, How is that possible? the SSD is empty it has nothing on it, I've installed Windows 10 on the 970 Pro, and another strange issue, only if i Enable CSM in bios does it show the 970 Pro and my other SSD in the boot options, I am so confused, please help me.

Thanks.

Is it possible the 970 Pro SSD is not physically installed properly, and not making a proper connection to the M.2 slot? Try taking it out and carefully putting it back in.
Is it also possible you installed Windows 10 on the 960 Evo by mistake, since it as the only SSD available in the BIOS?

The 970 pro is properly installed, both of them are showing in my pc , the 970 pro has everything on it, the 960 evo is empty,

My question is how is it showing only the 960 evo in bios as the boot drive if it is empty? I even formatted it just now.
