So I can't choose an SSD cuz when I look at Samsung 960 EVO (M.2) It has like 3500MB/s and 1000MB/s (not too sure about the numbers) And I want an SSD for fastest booting (starting PC), I want my pc to boot like 10- boot up secounds with Windows 10 Pro or Windows 7, I just want the booting times to be fast.

Solution
So, for your motherboard...http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=5484#sp
"1 x M.2 Socket 3 connector (Socket 3, M key, type 2242/2260/2280 SATA & PCIe x4/x2/x1 SSD support)"

Sure, get that 960 EVO M.2.
You can spend the next 3 weeks waffling over this drive vs that drive, in an effort to gain 0.05 sec in your bootup time.
When in reality, all that software on your PC that is involved in the startup has much more influence.

That Samsung is a good, fast, drive.
Do that.

Because you didn't specify which motherboard chipset is being used there's no way of giving the correct answer.

To obtain the full throughput of an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD you need the M.2 socket to have four PCIe 3.0 lanes wired to it. Your GIGABYTE H170-HD3 has four PCIe 3.0 lanes wired to its M.2 socket.

What CPU is being used in the system? A fast SSD is only part of the equation.

So I'm using Intel Core i7 6700K and my GPU is GTX 1070.

1. Having an SSD is far more than simply faster boot time.
2. Boot time depends a LOT on how your system is set up, rather than this SSD vs that SSD.
3. Can your chosen motherboard boot from an m.2 drive?
4. What other ports will be taken up with an M.2 Sata drive, or with an M.2 PCI-e drive? (it makes a difference)

If you want to concentrate on simply boot time, go for it. But there is far more to having an SSD than that 10 or 20 seconds of booting up.
What do you use this system for?
What are the rest of the specs?
Are you sacrificing performance in some other part ($$) just to have a theoretical 10 second boot up?

So. I use my computer JUST for gaming (GTA V, Battlefield 1...) and also for internet surfing
The rest of the specs are :
CPU : i7 6700K
GPU : GTX 1070 MSI
MB : GIGABYTE H170-HD3 DDR3 (it supports M.2)
RAM : 14 GB (I don't know how fast they are)
And I want the fastest boot up speed, and also faster games boot.
And also I will use M.2 port. I don't know what is it but i know that it looks like this :
