Question M.2 ssd problems on hp laptop

Hello guys i just bought new m.2 ssd from kingston as replacement for his already broken one.After installing it properly for some reason neither hp diagnostics recognize m.2 nor windows 10 installation.
Name of m.2 ssd-Kingston snv2
Laptop model-hp 255 g7
Specs-4gb ram
Cpu- some random amd-(not ryzen idk name)

I think only the ryzen support nvme type m.2 the older apu only support sata type m.2

System wont even recognize new m.2 its only one in system

I tried almost.everythin else but i dont have advanced bios

cause the only SNV2 kingston I found is a nvme type NOT sata

Ok its nvmi but my motherboard for some reason support nvmi.
Soo now idk becouse guy that works in the shop looked at my laptop and he said that it supports this m.2

What is even more problem now is that if it actually does not support then i cannot return it
