Hey um I have two m.2s. One is a startup drive and the other isn’t connected. I tried connecting the other one and my computer doesn’t boot up. Is there a way to use both on my system

Of course there is a way:
Motherboard specification and M.2 drives specification ( brand and complete model names if possible)
Computer doesn't boot up = no display, no fans spinning ? did you try reboot after completely powering off the system (disconnecting wall power plug)

you just need to change a setting in UEFI so it will work. it probably just setting the wrong boot drive when you have both connected.
