If you're not currently constrained on space, no need to get a "faster" drive for that use.
The magical faster benchmarks of a good NVMe drive don't translate into better game performance.

If you ARE in need of more drive space, then maybe consider a low cost NVMe drive.
Crucial P1 or Intel 660p.

But don't get one because you think it will help your gaming pursuits.

M.2 NVME will give you a slightly faster boot and loading times compared to SSD SATA but a huge improvement in copying files. I wouldn't recommend getting one yet, instead, wait for next gen titles as they will be optimized for faster drives
