Question m.2_1 pcie storage raid support not detected

Hello im trying to create a raid array . i have intel cpu ,tuf gaming b460 plus (asus) motherboard and i have 2 identical ssds (ADATA sword fish 1tb)

so im trying to create a raid array from bios but my bios not detecting the m.2_1 ssd and i dont know what to do if someone can walk me trough i will be glad .

Not going to work.
*2 Only the M.2_2 socket can support Intel® Optane™ Memory Ready.
*3 NVME RAID is supported with M.2_2 and PCIe X16_1. PCIe x16_1´s device needs to use Intel brand.
If you enable Intel RST with Optane, then M.2_2 gets reserved for Optane drive.
NVME raid doesn't support M2.2 slot. You have to use NVME pcie adapter in PCIE X16_1 for additional NVME drives.
And you need Intel drives for this (not Adata).

I'd suggest you forget about NVME raid completely. Not worth it.

so does it mean i cant do raid array with my corrent gear and i need to buy pcie adapter?
