B+M key means the device is a SATA one and it won't work directly in PCIe.

What exactly are you trying to do?
Im trying to use this drive in a pcie slot. right now ive been using this via a usb but i set up my RPi to do SMB now and want to put it internal to my pc.

the nvme is B+M since it has 2 slots

M key has 1 slot
B + M has 2 slots

see here under keys and sockets - https://www.atpinc.com/blog/what-is-m.2-M-B-BM-key-socket-3

it won't fit into an M slot only. you might need to buy a PCIe adapter.

Something like this - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/PCI-E-4...M-2-NGFF-NVME-Dual-Interface-GD-/163556665617
So im specifically looking for M+B key support. Does that card require the SATA in? dont want to add more cords if i dont have too.
