Does Wizards of the Coast still do updates of this program, and if so, what
might the link be?

Thanks in advance

MTG:IE is discontinued. However, there are fanmade updates available. There
is also a freeware program called MTGplay that can import your existing
MTG:IE database, and has current patches available for newer sets. MTGplay
is very much like MTG:IE (in fact, it was made by MTG:IE players after
wizards dropped MTG:IE). To check it out, go to www.mtgplay.com
