Hi,

Is there such a thing as a male to male 8 pin (or 8 pin to 6x2) PCIE cable?
If so please let me know where, as I'm going in circles..

I have just purchased an XFX Radeon RX 580 8GB and I have a Corsair 650m PSU.
The PSU has a spare 6+2 pcie (female)
The GPU has the 8 pin female also.

I cannot find anywhere a male to male 8 pin (or 6+2) to connect the 2 together.

Am I missing something here? It seems like I should just be using one simple 8 pin male to male but theres nothing online I can find to buy.

Appreciate help or advice, as I'm at the point where I will have to return the GPU and stick with the really rubbish 1gb fanless none powered thing I currently have.

Thanks

for your PSU u can use type3 or type 4 PCIE 8pin cables
cheapest on amazon UK is £24.99
https://www.amazon.co.uk/CORSAIR-Premium-Individually-Sleeved-Connector-White/dp/B07L5YG1HQ

u can try ebay, there is saw few for ~£7

Its cool, thankyou so much. I've honestly gone around in circles trying to work this out. All the UK ones are out of stock and the US one you listed doesnt come up in my searches, but have ordered now. Hopefully it really does turn up before the 14 days I have to ask for a refund on the GPU.

Thanks again. Let me know if there is some voting system thingy on here (if bothered)
