Question M2 Genie Error

I have a samsung 960 evo m.2 and a samsung 860 ssd. when i initially booted my pc i onlyy had my m.2 installed then when i added the 860 ssd i get an m.2 genie error. i unplugged the 860 ssd and the computer booted just fine.

Ayyone know how to fix this problem?

With some MBs installing an M.2 SSD disables some SATA ports.
