Hi everyone

I am currently trying to replace a m2 hard drive in a HP pavilion 14 but am having real trouble removing the screw that holds the current drive in place. I have tried a #0 and #1 Phillips but had no luck.

I just wondered if anybody had any ideas of what I could use.

Looks like stripped hex screw. Need appropriate screwdriver for this.

May also try with needle nose pliers. But that has to be done extremely carefully. If pliers slip, then most likely something will get damaged.

Maybe try some needlenose type plyers to grip the screw by the head edges and turn it that way... My m.2 drives are held by a screw that is just barely turned... point being it shouldn't be torqued down and should be easy to remove.
