Question M2 heatsink screw- z390 aorus master

I broke the screw into aorus master heatsink standoff. The standoff is non removable from the board. I will get a screw extractor tomorrow and get out the broken screw. But there is no replacement screw. Where can i buy such screw ? What are the size of these screws? Is it actually m2 thread or ?
