I did a new build and finished everything. Everything is running properly and everything is functioning properly. I went to see if it will post. It posted but not the way I wanted. This is what came up: http://imgur.com/a/5pHPm

I believe it is not reading my M2 SSD that is plugged into straight the motherboard. I believe that is the issue it does not start to the real BIOS for me to install an OS.

Solution
An M.2 SATA device has been detected in the M.2_2 socket.
The M.2_2 socket can only support PCIE devices.
Using an M.2 SATA device will not work on this socket.

You bought the wrong M.2 drive.

M.2 is only the port type, not necessarily the drive type and protocol.
(yes, this is confusing)
